Charter Services Overview
Solairus has created its Charter Ally program in order to offer a cost effective solution for aircraft owners who want their own flight department yet are interested in offsetting some of the costs of ownership through charter. We are able to offer sustainable, long-term charter revenue for aircraft owners with such an interest. We can customize a charter plan for each aircraft owner that balances aircraft availability requirements with a desired charter revenue target.
Fleet Discount Savings
Solairus has leveraged its position as a large provider of aviation services and its long-term vendor relationships to negotiate extremely favorable fleet discount programs. Solairus currently has major programs in place covering fuel, crew training, insurance and outside maintenance. The savings from Solairus Aviation's fleet discount programs are available to our Charter Ally aircraft and will provide significant cost reductions.
Crew Training
Your crew will be trained by the Training Officer and Maintenance Director in FAR Part 135 procedures along with a thorough review of Solairus Aviation Operations and Maintenance Manuals. Training includes both initial and recurrent ground training.
Charter Marketing and Sales
Solairus has dedicated extensive resources to marketing and sales of on-demand charter. Our home office is staffed with exceptional charter sales and service personnel, responsible for determining the proper solution for any travel need, both domestic and international. In addition, we have a dedicated Client Satisfaction representative whose sole responsibility is ensuring the delivery of unparalleled service to our charter clients. Additionally, we employ "outside" charter sales personnel, located in San Francisco, West Palm Beach and Hartford, CT. These people have years of experience generating and qualifying leads and closing business in the charter market. Solairus is an ARG/US Platinum rated operator, which identifies us as one of less than 75, out of more than 1,000, U.S. charter operators to have achieved this extremely high service and safety rating. Finally, we have established charter relationships with most of the large brokers, charter operators and fractional ownership companies.
CULTURE OF SAFETY
All the services we provide to support you and your aircraft revolve around safety - our number one priority. Solairus has a dedicated safety department which is focused on continually monitoring flight operations, managing our flight crew training programs and promoting safety throughout the company. We have regularly scheduled meetings of our Safety Committee, which is comprised of staff members from every department in the company. Finally, Solairus utilizes an active Safety Management System (SMS) to enhance the safety practices delivered to our aircraft owners.
